Built with 2 gyms & indoor pool; Federal Works Agency - Public Works Administration Project. - Physical Education Building on rear of original gyms (1939-Losey Gym) Original gym converted to band room. Pool closed after desegregation, now boiler room. Interior original with terrazzo floors & wainscot in corridors, original fixtures in lobby, plaster walls & ceilings; some remodeling with suspended ceilings, carpet; Auditorium intact with original seats, stage, light fixtures.
