1927 Addition's Permits: City Laundry 1730-Ellis Singleton bld garage 11/21/27-$4000; Luling Laundry 1736-Hahner Foreman 3/13/36-$7000 add laundry. Luling City Laundry opened at 1746 in 1924, this building reflects later expansions of the laundry.

Physical Description/Remarks:One-story tan brick building with gabled parapet at center bay and stone trim. Wide center bay with storefront & narrow end bays with end/wing bays. Some bays downsized for windows, transoms covered w/ wood. Most garage bays on East facade infilled-windows. Addition is a two-story tan brick building with stone detailing. 2 parts: East storefront has central entry with flanking display & 3 wide upper windows. West bay has storefront display window with no entry & 2 upper windows, 2 multi-light steel windows extant, 3 replacements.
