Concrete columns span lower 2 floors, surround extends to 3rd floor; 2nd & 3rd floors topped by cornices. Ground floor storefronts recessed. 1-1/2 story entry w/stone surround extant on W facade. Upper floors have replacements 2-light fixed pane windows, framed by concrete pilasters.
